Our Canadian International School is an English medium school requiring that teachers be fluent in English. We offer the Ontario Curriculum from the Province of Ontario, Canada for our Early Years to Grade 8 students. Our Grade 9 students are studying under the Manitoba curriculum from Manitoba, Canada.

We presently house approximately 308 students representing 20 nationalities. Our full teaching complement presently sits at approximately 34 qualified staff. Both our Canadian trained teachers as well as our Bengali, Indian, Sri Lankan teachers represent a rich blend of both skills and backgrounds.

Full commitment to the school and its various curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular programs is required by teachers, TA’s, students, and parents.

CIS teachers are expected to have a strong ICT/IT background incorporating such skills into various aspects of the curriculum.
